Assuming its O gauge, that would put Dash at around the size of a large cat. Or alternative, if Dash is the commonly agreed upon ‘waist heigh’ size, then that train must be a G scale or larger.

Someone should make a video where ponies act like cats in this situation. You have a bunch of little ponies in your house, and they act like cats. No features of cats, but they act like them. Like RD. You go to pet her mane, and she grumbles and smacks your hand away.
