I do not hate girls, or boys, or anyone for something as insignificant as their gender. Sexism should be denounced for the awful thing it is, not celebrated.
If this said the opposite, I’d absolutely have the same thing to say. Blanket hate against men isn’t okay either, so don’t try to say I have a double-standard. I don’t. Fighting misandry with misogyny isn’t the answer.
You know. The very real and widely applauded things that say “Kill all women”.
This will be one of the more controversial opinions, but male feminists aren’t always the most trustworthy lot.
I don’t mean that a man can’t be feminist without ulterior motives, or that even the majority of male feminists have them, but some of the most fanatical feminists I have met in my life have been male feminists.
This is mostly due to feminism usually thinking that a male feminist is guilty until proven otherwise and these members usually go to the deep end to “prove” themselves innocent and to not be like those “other men”. These feminists usually take everything told to them by feminists at face value, no matter if it comes from the more radical wings within feminism, which can lead to witnessing some bizarre self hatred and fanatical behavior.
I apologize if this came off as too sexist, but this has just been my experience on the topic, at least.
They had the strength of character to break off from mainstream feminism and come to their own conclusions, and they haven’t gathered the same biases a lot of male MRA’s seem to have. They’re doing it out of pure altruism, and not because they’ve been hurt like alot of the men have.
For similar reasons, I tend to trust male feminists more than female ones.
