Not harping on either of the princesses or anything, I just thought their expressions during Twilight’s song were kind of funny. That aside, a song with all 4 princesses (even Luna!) is pure awesome.

Then perhaps what she’s really looking for in this scene is a bigger slice of the pie. I suppose I can respect that. I mean, it’s true that she never was rewarded exactly. Plus Cadence gets a fucking Kingdom without even saving Equestia five times.
Yes, it was as a princess, but it was not contingent on her being one, it wasn’t “a princess thing” so to speak.

Except when she saved both of them from Discord’s chaos seeds earlier this season, and found the tree of harmony. As a princess.
And was she wrong?
Nothing important as princess, she said earlier on that her title as princess didn’t seem to mean anything.
