If that was so, then Rarity should be in her since she was pretty much an antagonist in ‘Sonic Rainboom’.
 
Also, Lightning was never against Rainbow. She didn’t get in Dash’s way and Rainbow could have easily told her off sooner or gotten her reported to Spitfire. {Actually, Spitfire was pretty much the antagonist in that episode, since she seemed to discourage Rainbow on a lot of things and actually encouraging the wonderbolts to pit against one another. Not to mention her role in ‘Rainbow Falls’.}
