VA doesnt create canon, only Meghan may confirm this. And since most of this dislestia scene came from animators i suspect she just wrote “and he gave them flowers” line in the script

Listen, Discord just betrayed whole Equestria and only mane6(mostly Fluttershy and Twilight)forgave him. Celestia and Luna were still feeling betrayed since it was their idea to free Discord and trust him so now he did what was expected of him and apologise to the royal sisters. It will probbaly take whole S5 for Discord to become reliable again in their eyes not to mention entire Equestria doesnt know that Discord is good again and i suspect there is going to be an episode in S5 where everyone hates Discord for the treason and Fluttershy help him deal with the hate somehow.
