i dont know anything about that, all i know is the tag on the file i had said the artist was smittyG :/ seems someone put another artist on so i don’t know the story about any of that.
I was wondering why i didn’t get any hits for the artist when i put it in, but someone spotted the actual one i guess.

The mouth is a pretty simple shape, it could be vectored. The bottom text could do with a black outline.
the resolution was a bit low from the template i got, i tried to smooth it out. This is a meme altered image of the original.
Whatever it is,I love it!
i just removed the face and nose, added a mega milk face i took from the template on knowyourmeme, and added the text. (neat fact i took the colors from her tail in order)
ive no idea but ive seen it in conjunction with the mega milk face from time to time.
