What are you talking about? They didn’t even give her the option of returning to Equestria. She was basically required to stay and undo her damage.
And she does have ponies back home with whom she really needs to reconcile.

Maybe, but if she’d left, I think they’d have been perfectly all right with letting her go and never seeing her again, so whatever the reason, she chose to stay and she’ll be there for at least a little bit. And it’s not like she has any friends in Equestria. She might just decide not to come back.

They have bikes. They’re anthropomorphic horses, so they’ve a lot of things Earthlings have. I mean, I guess their devices would work differently if this was aired on a planet of backwards-legged beings. :j

…It’s more that that was completely obvious from the comic so we didn’t discuss it for the same reason we didn’t talk about how the sky is blue.
Snips is actually kinda smart having a girl bike. Knowing what a dolt he is he would probably end up hitting his crotch on that extra bar men’s bikes usually have whenever he tries to dismount. So by having a girls bike he avoids that.
