Nit Picking at the evidence is what gets child rapists life in prison.  
And my complaint wasn’t the worse.  
If I had said “I Don’t like their Proportions.” that would have been a bad complaint but I said that the way this person tried to edit this piece of art work was bad and is bad.  
First lets look at the ground they are stood on, it has been blurred and muddied from the characters hight being changed.  
Now lets look to the characters themselves, some of character ( AJ and Rarity ) have been damaged by this crude edit.  
Look in the end all I have to say my idiot friend is that would you try to do an edit of Van Gogh’s Sunfowlers or Edvard Munch’s The Scream?  
Unless an edit is a colouring edit or an edit done by the original artist I have no problems with them.  
But this..This just has one word to go with it, bad.

you really shouldn’t fish reasons now to justify your opinion. Those reasons don’t support your claims of bad proportions, they’re entirely different in being technical issues and oversights which I didn’t even think about until now, as I care what more for what my dong has to say on the matter sometimes, when the occasion presents itself obviously..
 
It’s a valid complaint, but you shouldn’t of used it to reinforce your earlier opinion, which was easily the worst complaint of all:

I like her being tall too, but when I did the edit there was no easy way to scale her head up without it looking bad. It was easier to scale the body down so she wasn’t a pinhead anymore.

The point of art is to show ones emotions on a subject.  
You have taken something amazing and put general human perceptions and ideals on it.  
I really don’t like this, Sundown original was good.

I prefer Sundown’s Fluttershy.
 
Don’t get me wrong, she’s adorable this short, but I like her taller than the others.

Chill, I didn’t magically delete the original image. I like different body types too, but I also like proportions that fit the detail put into the art–which is irrelevant to how wide Applejack’s thighs are.
 
My goal for the edit was to scale them to be 8 heads height–average human proportions (actually slightly above average for women, but still). They started somewhere around 10-12 heads high (the hats make it hard to measure exactly) which makes their heads look tiny–and Applejack’s upper body look tiny. Applejack’s legs were also super long; over a head height too long, in addition to being super wide. I originally just shortened her legs, which made her look like Mikel Ruffinelli (look her up, also note her upper torso isn’t inexplicably free of excess fat), who is a normally proportioned woman that has thighs as wide as Applejack’s were.
 
I guess I could do that and post it if you want, I just decided to scale the width of her thighs down so they’re super wide (as wide as her shoulders), but within a width that 99% of women fall. Rarity had a similar proportion discrepancy and I just scaled her lower body down the same in height as in width (Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie’s lower bodies were reasonably proportioned to their upper bodies, but their heads were small).
 
That said, Applejack is still super pear-shaped, and I didn’t tinker with the body widths of the others. Unless you specifically appreciate tiny heads and impossible long legs, I don’t know what to tell you here.
