I’d agree; moreover, I’d say that starting on a basis of parity would be necessary for this club to even survive long enough to print the banners…
 
Trouble is, Twilight’s clearly wearing a “Founder” tag.
 
But on the other hand, Sunset Shimmer looks like she’s wearing a “this situation will be resolved as soon as the meeting is over” expression, so perhaps the artist’s intentionally setting up this particular clash.

There’s no higher rank thank co-founder. Unlike something like ‘president and Vice-president,’ there’s only co-founders with no regular ‘founder,’ unless there was a huge disparity between effort put in.

Nice art, plausible situation, more believable backstory for Fallout: Equestria than the actual one… I just have one question: how in the magical world of ponies did Twilight persuade Sunset Shimmer to accept just being “Co-Founder”?

Considering pony!Flash has no idea why princess Twilight, and a unicorn he has never seen before in his life, would suddenly show such a stalkerish interest in him, I can definitely see why he would be a bit unsure how to react.
