It just describes how most people find a picture creepy.
Whether you find it creepy, that is subjective.
As a rule of thumb, if a picture has a positive score, it’s not uncanny valley by definition.
Also, without the tags and description I would’ve assumed he was still male; there’s no canon saying Breezies have external genitals.
