That just makes it even more uncertain, and raises the question of how they wound up in the same place at… Oh, wait, Pinkie Pie and
Pinkie GuyBubble Berry, it being ridiculous makes it more plausible rather than less..I always figured it was an alternate Rule 63-verse.
I’ll go ahead and say, though, that everyone assumes that they automatically do share the same DNA. Unless one is flat-out cloned from the other, this is not a given. Given that pony genetics can produce two sisters with nothing in common (Pinkie and Maud), twins of different races (Pumpkin Cake and Pound Cake), and complete strangers who look basically identical minus gender and cutie mark (Vinyl Scratch and Shining Armor), there’s no reason to assume such genetic similarity is present between Pinkie and Bubble.

Why?
Though rather than being exact clones, they actually represent diffrent parts of my psyche split up.(Making the Sebincarnations) In this Case: Father-UltraAndrew(Hot-head, Merciless, Devout Christian), Mother-UltraAmber(Arrogant,Slutty,Rude), and Child-UltraAndrea(Bratty,Brutal,Spoiled)(Even if there’s 0.01% of my personality, it’ll split off and become 50-100%, but there’s more to it than that. I’ll explain more later)
