The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

He’s a fairly hanson guy. Like an Final Fantasy villain

So is Sauron. He’s also called “the fair”

Its even talked about in the book an evil character as Frodo states would “look fair but feel fouled”

When Fingolfin challenges Morgoth, the Dark Lord is described as a black-armored titan wearing an iron crown and carrying a black shield, huge enough that his blows were smashing into the bedrock and creating lava-filled craters.

The pic above could be either Morgoth, Sauron or the Witch-King.

Short answer… yes. Imagine Sauron as we saw him in the flashback at the beginning of Fellowship, about twice as big (more like 5x for the mace, plus shield), and you have the Morgoth that most are familiar with, being the form he had for most of the time he was… physically present? on Arda.

As for the long answer… that would needlessly overclutter this comment section and would be better suited to PM’s or some other direct chat. I’m up for a more lengthy discussion, if you’re interested sometime.

Slightly unrelated, but I would feel terrible were I not to recommend this while we’re talking about Morgoth on a pony site. Now hold on, I know what you’re thinking- most ludicrous crossover ever. And you’re absolutely right. But not only does the author make it work, he (she?) does so stunningly. If you’re the least bit serious about your Tolkein lore (goes without saying that you’re into ponies, because you’re reading this), you owe it to yourself to read this.
