Well, she’s always had the yellow balloon she inflates in the intro. In Season 2, she bounced on the blue balloon in the episode where Spike becomes huge. Sometime after season 4, there was the plushie ad where she overinflates a blue balloon.
 
It doesn’t really seem to form any concrete pattern except that she likes them, which was already clear enough what with her cutie mark.
 
So, implications are possible, but I think it’s more likely they just pair her with balloons as quick visual shorthand for her joviality and association with parties. Or something.

I think I used normal quality instead of excellent, though I did do 20 frames per second. The problem with excellent quality is that the first time I tried doing that earlier, the image was too large for Derpibooru to accept it.

Do you save it as “excellent quality” and with 20 frames per second? Is the video itself high quality? To be honest, I’m not that good at making gifs high quality and low file size. mtobob seems to be quite good at this. I was going to ask how he does it myself.

I used Free Video to Gif Converter on the movie. If either of you know how to do it better, tips can make for better gifs.

If Youtube videos are any indication, it’s a fair representation of +36” balloons.
 
Though it does burst in the movie (which you can hear in the video), but it’s an offscreen burst. For exactly that reason, it’s hard to tell if she intentionally popped it, or if her riding was that rough.

Either that balloon is industrial strength, or Pinkie is as light as air. Well, it’s Pinkie….
