Mac as #16 is perfect! As is Pinkie as any version of buu.
Iron Will as Mr Satan also brilliant! Though I kind of expected the apple family to replace the Son family, they also do okay as the androids. I guess #17 would be Apple bloom? And Gero would be Granny Smith? Would #19 be Babs?
Need to recast Fluttershy as Gohan. Then, we could have Luna screaming, “DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOODGE” at her. That, and Flutterrage would fit Gohan’s rage-fueled moments.

Cadance: Yeah, I know, but I was looking around and you got like no apps, and I’ve already played the crap out of Minesweeper.

Were they really? I only watched that movie once, and I dont remember them being more than dumb lackeys doing things to keep twilight from winning the class princess thing. When were they willing to kill anyone?
I still think oolong and puar would be perfect. Both started out as silly harmless antagonists. But not ultra violent villains.
That’s actually something that works. Judging by the fact in Equestria Girls they were all ready to kill people if it meant being turned into demons with power.
Though that was working for Sunset Shimmers, not Trixie.
Only thing that bugs me is that is a really shitty lot for snips and snails. They could at least be those two ogres in hell or gohan’s classmates or something. or even turtle/oolong and puar.
Pretty much had the idea of Aj as #18, AB as #17 and Big Mac as #16, with the story that the former two were kidnapped and turned into androids. That said they don’t need to be exactly like those two characters, given the concept behind them was taking a two random people and making them androids. It could have been anyone Dr. Gero abducted.
I don’t really see Applejack as Android 18. Maybe it was because she was the only pony left to cast? I mean, the only real thing I can think of is her and her brother being turned into androids but since Mac’s 16.
I mean, 18’s always sarcastic and before turning good she was a sociopath. AJ is the one pony I cannot see as her.
If young Trunks is Scootaloo, which is a pretty good one, then Goten should be Applebloom or Sweetie Belle.
You can toss all your other headcanons out the window anyway with Dinky and Sparkler being the headcanoned daughters of Derpy, once you make Rarity her ‘wife’ it doesn’t work anyway.
