I’m surprised he’s willing to call this anthro. Given Celestia’s realistic proportions and other features, it looks more like one of those sorts of humanizations with wings, pony ears, etc.

I’m noticing a couple of people putting Celestia in that same style of top for a few drawings, but weirdly I have no idea what that kind of top is. All I know is it almost resembles a one-piece swimsuit if you remove the pants. (heh)
