“happy go lucky”? Really? During the festival in the comic, she’s COMPLETELY serious. She doesn’t play for fun, she plays to WIN!
She acts likes Azula in the Beach episode. This pony is CRAZY!
And I love her for it.
My headcanon is that her mental state is influenced by the phases of the moon, and she goes full ‘luna-tic’ when the moon is full.
You don’t want to be around her on that time of the month.
Didn’t that one comic make her look kind of bipolar and that like made her power fluctuate or something?
The show Luna did smile and giggle many times like when she realised that the ponies did love her and when she helped Scootaloo although she was quite serious when the situation required it
Completely this.
Actually, she was trying to have fun in Luna Eclipsed, it’s just that her bombastic attitude was scaring people off.
In her other cartoon appearances, something serious is going on.
Maybe Luna’s just that kind of pony. You know.
