For those who don’t know what symbol this is based on, that is a Faravahar, from a Fravashi.
 
A Fravashi is a guardian spirit sent to guide each person in life against the forces of evil from the devil Ahriman.
 
So OP’s guardian angel is Rainbow Dash, and she will make his life 20% more possum-awsum with skateboards, sonic rainbooms, videogames and basketball.

All the ones on good ol’ Wikiped only had the one ring in the hand, otherwise it was the middle ring the wings originate from.
