Unless, of course, she’d burst like a water balloon. But that would have sent the movie into full M rating.
She would keep eating and eating until her belly had no room anymore, then Spike would climb it and reach her crown.
By losing her powers, Sunset would return to her original size and the people she ate would start bulging her belly more and more until it becomes a giant mountain attached to a human.
Then Spike would just have to get in her mouth and start pulling out the hostages one by one.
Nobody. She would have gone around swallowing everyone one by one (At least at first. I’d imagine after the first few she’d start getting greedy and gulping them down by the handful.)
