I simply don’t have patience for people who decide making backhanded comments is an appropriate response.
A subtle jab is still a jab, and what is effectively “you are terminally online and as such are not worthy of respect” is indeed an insult, petty as it is, hence the report I did indeed submit at the very start.

It is … without question … fucking hard sometimes to let some people get the last word. But in the end it’s free, and usually results in fascinating meltdowns in whomever you are not replying to.
And, as always, if you see something like this happen again please report it. Whenever possible we try to resolve things like this behind the scenes so comments on artist’s images don’t end up being … like this.
But, in this case, I really meant what I said - this artist has absolutely presented a story that is getting people engaged. So, good for them.

But the discussion has devolved from being about the story and the characters to personal attacks.

seeing as an appropriate response would have been to either not respond at all or simply say he disagree’s and leaves it at that.
That’s an option everyone has. Letting someone be wrong on the internet is sometimes a handy approach. And if they are being antagonistic please report them instead of engaging with them.

You ranted and made more assertions, preaching from atop a soapbox, rather than engaging in meaningful conversation. As far as ‘insulting’ you, it’s easy to be insulted when you want to be. You’re raving about a character in a fan-fic comic, in a setting where you can nearly destroy the world and earn forgiveness by asking for it. Everything looks about right to me.

Vigilante justice and lynch mobs are evil.
The path to redemption doesn’t mean you get a free pass to break the law.
She’s already going to lose everything by a court order from the crown so this is needless cruelty and wrath with no actual goal.
“I’m trying to be a better person and protect the people I love.”
Congratulations, after all you’ve done you got off free of charge for high treason and hurting untold hundreds if not thousands for a selfish goal you had no real problem with until you realized you didn’t get what you wanted.
She was perfectly fine ruining the entire world for her own ends, and would’ve done so happily if she had what she wanted.
This act is tantamount to the same mentality that made her a horrible person in the first place, as it’s at it’s end selfish, cruel and serves only to make her feel better about herself with no actual purpose beyond inflicting cruelty.
I repeat: if she’s right in this, lets tell every person she hurt where she lives because her actions caused infinitely more harm to children, families and innocents then this one old hag did.
I don’t care about your intent, I care about the responsibility which Tempest sorely lacks any sense of outside of covering her own tail and sating her own desires.

Alright, but I disagree with two of your points. First, her villain status. I for one think she’s done a lot to redeem herself. If you disagree, why? Secondly, what about those of us that don’t disagree with vigilantism on principle? Would you disagree with:

For me, I see someone that is walking the path of redemption, trying to protect someone she loves, by punishing those that hurt a CHILD.

I love it when hypocrites prove they are actively worse then everyone around them.
Genuinely lets drop Tempest into a town full of all the people she helped hurt and see if she’s in any better shape then the barn or a murderer to survive at the end of it.
With this act she literally committed vigilante justice on someone who’s definitely a horrible person but arguable a lesser evil then herself.
But given we’re supposed to feel sympathy for a literal war criminal purely because she has a family now I don’t see anything happening. Even more so with the “friends in high places” end result being buddy buddy with a Princess even briefly gives her.
