But thats because people do it on purpose.
There is a /mlp/ board on 4chan. Sometimes talk can be civil, other times not.
Then people post outside of that board, and others complain. Its not the bad behaviour of the other boards, but people sending stuff to boards not dedicated to that.
@Princess♠Molestia
Yes, but he loves the show, not the fans. Curt despises both bronies and FiM. He’ll, most of his “art” (if you can call it that), is usually hate art.
To clear up something before the thread explodes too far, this spoiler image will only appear if you’ve set the tags “hater” or “hate art” on you spoiler list manually.
@Background Pony
If you go on 4chan, FunnyJunk, or Reddit, ponies, whenever posted outside their boards, usually cause huge shitstorms. Also, /mlp/, the “Pony” board on 4chan, is probably the most disliked board on the site. It is very lightly moderated, and Moot originally created it because someone suggested that if 4chan bronies got their own board, the amount of drama would start to eat away at the fandom (at least on 4chan).
@Blayze Kohime
Maybe it’s just me, but the difference between hate art and grimdark has often been quite clear. Just one of those things you look at and know. Like how you can easily tell the difference between a furry and a high fantasy lizard man by looking at it.
@Background Pony
Art like that is usually used for trolling purposes and can cause lots of drama. Remember, we are probably the most hated fandom on the Internet.
How about adding a “hate art” tag instead of simplying blocking it?
Because as i see it, it just looks like:
“I don’t like this, it offends me, therefore i am going to block it, and everyone should do the same. To do so i am going to tell everyone this is offensive”.
