Looks like the latter. If you look around her eyes, you can see the makeup running from tears. She’s crying, but even in despair Chrysalis is defiant. Perhaps the Mane 6 crashed her wedding in the belief Chrysalis is trying to deceive the groom, when Chrysalis was actually in earnest this time and is furious they ruined everything.
