Rarity ended up finding the stallion of her dreams one day on the job. They ended up getting married, had three foals, and retired to Canterlot, where they spent their days critiquing fashion trends.
 
Aloe and Lotus continued running the spa, and are currently teaching part-time to new masseuses.
 
As for Spike, he gradually grew into a teenager. Aside from the occasional incident, his pony upbringing has softened his instinctive temper. He moved back to Canterlot, and is working towards becoming the very first pony-dragon ambassador.
