I honestly don’t care as much as I did back when the episode aired. I’m just upset because Grogar had finally appeared and he got turned into a joke with the worst plot twist of all time.

Discord making a society without magic aganist living in a magic society where for little disagrees, magic can fails many times and creates void holes that can destroy a whole place.
It’s like… Discord isn’t the worst option in this scenario.

Yeah he impersonated Grogar and did all those things but it was in-order to help the leader of his country be a great leader and is later seen by the populace imprisoning the ones who attacked the country. No matter how one may feel about him or that situation, im sure history would remember him fondly as a noble war hero.
On some level there right but ofc discord has a long list of mistakes, bad choices and being a overall trouble maker, that prevent him from being a true hero but he certainly has the heart of a good guy at least so he does deserve to be remembered for good things too, even if his actions and methods are often questionable even in the pursuit of doing good.
Also the Discord who impersonated Grogar, released Equestria’s most dangerous villains, gave them the most powerful artifact, and encouraged them to work together to take over Equestria. It’s sad he didn’t get turned back to stone after that.
“Also the Discord who terrorized Equestria twice, stole the Elements of Harmony, and helped rescue the Federation from a temporal anomaly, but if we were to recount my whole résumé we’d be here all week.”
