She looks to be some sort of woodland sprite, maybe an incarnation of everfree itself. Since human everfree forest probably isnt alive, it probably has living forest creatures instead like Ents.

So is this the EQG legends of everfree book than? It sure looks like a “bookish” type cover. That or the book writer is doing this movie. Josh Haber i think did the 3rd one.
