I would let Luna lay their head on my lap as I run a brush through her mane, and give her a much needed neck rub while I let her tell me about her day and vent about whatever it is that might be upsetting her.

Not choosing the Mystery box, I have bad luck.
 
As for Discord, it depends on how much annoyance he makes. If it’s enough to break the friendship then there’s no point to picking A other than to hangout with the other Main 6. If it’s tolerable annoyances then I’d probably pick this one since friendships are generally chaotic with a few arguments anyways.
 
I’d probably pick B though since I probably wouldn’t hangout with the princesses anyways. But I wouldn’t have to worry about looking like a jerk to a friend I care about, and surely there are other ponies that are as nice and fun to hangout with as the mane 6….. right?
