Maybe it’s intended to look as if they’re lying on their back or stomach? (probably back for good reason!!)

Angle of the legs relative to body seems a bit strange, unless it’s intended to be anthro (although maybe the camera angle is just confusing me or something).
 
That said, I find this image surprisingly… interesting.

More pictures please! I’d really like to see different angles :P
