Sunny’s personality (humble, curious, friendly, daddy’s girl) is a lot closer to Arizona than Oleander. So likely Oleander would get mad at Sunny under similar reasons she got mad at Arizona: that she’s in the way of something and put Oleander herself off her game.
This phrase is something like a local meme. In childhood, we used it when someone had already frankly screwed everyone up with their arguments.
With the few siding on twilight’s behalf when she now takes on the role as referee to settle an argument between Oleander and sunny star-scout.
