There’s 3 things in one picture here :

Main thing : Queen Celestia (human EQG ver.) banished her sister Luna to the moon and cries.
It has Arabic version of her dialog. (written as أنا آسفة.. لونا)
Top left most, has Alphabet Lore font watermark written for artist’s name.
