I have never been interested in physics in any capacity, and I think you can put logic to the side to create more beautiful looking characters.
Also, I think a character without the ‘dips in the skin’ that you mentioned in the first comment you sent doesn’t look as nice as a character without the ‘dips in the skin’.
Then again, that’s just my opinion.

not if it makes a character look sexier
Also, truth be told, you already threw logic out the window if you are supportive of an anthro drawing. It’s physically impossible for digitigrade legs to support the weight of a bipedal character all on their own, which is why you don’t see us humans with digitigrade anatomy. That leg shape is supposed to aid in propulsion for four-legged animals, such as horses, dogs, and deer.

You’re thinking logically. I am thinking that, with cartoons, you can draw a character in positions that wouldn’t logically be possible in real life.
This includes the manipulation of skin.
Sure, it isn’t how skin works in real life, but a drawing doesn’t need to be realistic. That’s what I am going at here.

Nice to see artist remember that tight clothes causes dips in the skin.
That only applies to human anatomy, though. Anthros can forego such things since they are in and of themselves half-human-half-animal (the animal in this case being an Alicorn pony).
