The corn does tend to spread, but it doesn’t ruin anything. The corn is a little sweet, a little salty, juicy, and generally inoffensive. It works with pretty much anything.

In regards to such meals, if the meat doesn’t come with plenty of its own sauce/gravy, then some ketchup or BBQ sauce is called for. The potatoes can do with an extra side of Ćwikła (Polish red beet relish; it’s very good!). The brownie is lackluster, so just a bit of chocolate sauce will bump up the sweetness.

Basically, don’t be afraid to make little improvements. Hungry-Man meals don’t have to be sadness in a plastic tray.
