Not as disturbing as her temporary mental-breakdown, and some other things she’s done really. I thought it was kinda funny her friends didn’t bat an eye, and seemed used to it.

Ok, that wasn’t Uncanny Valley (when I wrote it, it was 6:30 AM, so I didn’t pay atention to my words), but even for Pinkie Pie it’s very disturbing. At least in Feeling Pinkie Keen that makes sense and the “balloon effect” was for half second. Here we can see the “balloon effect” in her face (less funny than in the body) for 2 seconds.
 
It reminds me of the awful movie “Son of the Mask”.

So yeah, this is just plain grotesque. I didn’t care much for this gag, but it doesn’t bother me that others did find it funny.

About this instant… Uncanney Valley in my opinion. And about that season 1 moment, at least she doesn’t have a weird face or look. And that was the Pinkie Sense.
 
I don’t find this gag funny.

Applejack got inflated last season. It’s safe to say Pinkie’s not the only stretchy/squishy pony. Maybe that’s how they’re made… Or it’s just a cartoony gag. However you wish to see it.

This is reminds me so much of Earthworm Jim 2.  
I didn’t even thought that I remember that game in such details.
