Because the Hurricane Season is ten days now, the summer and autumn months are where New Orleans and other cities in Louisiana experience rains and thunderstorms almost everyday. So therefore, the best time to visit New New Orleans is from December through May each year.
As a result that, I have no further plans on submitting images on this site that takes place in the city shown in the image above, until, as I said in the first comment, at least December 1st or after that.
While it is okay for users submitting images on this site taking place in New Orleans between December and May, users submitting images set in New Orleans between June and November are not allowed, knowing that the weather matters in the summer most.

This is currently the last image on this site that takes place in New Orleans until at least or after December 1st. It should be noted that users can only upload images taking place in New Orleans (or any other cities in Louisiana) between December 1st and May 31st.
