shapeshifting and deception are your greatest advantages, and you sought a short term solution.you, a queen played the fool and allowed yourself fail by never properly studying your target. Why did you not play to your strengths and learn your targets behavior, or connections?

Do you physically need love to survive or does it just increase your power? Also, cuddles please? I know I’m just a food source, but I don’t care.

Have you considered that by invading a country to consume love you would lower the chances that your prey mates, thus quickly diminishing your food supply, maybe even causing an extinction level event?
