I think you already answered your own question on another thread, but I use Adobe Fireworks CS6. It’s old abandonware at this point but I’ve been using it for so long I don’t want to change it XD

One trick that’s very fast is to just make a copy of each individual path shape that is right underneath the other, set to the β€œerase” filter. You don’t have to worry about any real trickery to make the picture work, but the one tradeoff is every shape will have a little bit of β€œfuzziness” between the parts so you have to work at a really high resolution to hide it :P
