The Season 4 comics tried to avoid stories that would contradict the show canon for obvious reasons. They only brought back Sombra from death and reformed him because at this pony he was presumed death forever and there were no plans to bring him back at this point. If the Season 5 comics are similar we can conclude that Discord and Canterlot most certainly won’t show up in the show. At least for now.

Whoever this may be, they are dealing with grief. I’m not saying that out of nowhere. Amy Mebberson said the following: “Celeste Bronfman and I hope to bring you an epic story spanning two generations, proving that the eternal powers of love and friendship are never far away to help heal grief into strength and loss into joy once again”. This can’t be Sunny dealing with grief because she knows pretty well how powerful love and friendship can be.
If it is Discord, he is grieving and needs to see again how love and friendship can help him once more.

Ah, so basically Reverse Flash plot but if he assassinates himself instead. Yeah, just because you have super powers doesn’t mean you should shirk responsibilities for your mistakes. He makes A-Train and Goldheart look like real heroes than himself.

If I’m not mistaken, Wally accidentally kills a guy, and then actually frames someone else for it, rather then take responsibility, leading to the other heroes on a mild goose chase through several issues. I believe at one point he tries to travel back in time to kill himself either to prevent it from happening or to keep him from ratting on himself
However, it’s treated as a mental health story, and by the time it’s over the other heroes just forgive and forget and Wally faces no repercussions for his actions
Someone please correct me if I’m wrong. I stopped reading DC comics a long time ago

Because he’s not lol, some of you are just filled with too much hatred.
Discord led many people to become fan of the show, especially thanks to RoH, and bad writing in later seasons definitely didn’t change that!
I always enjoyed Discord even after season 3. You don’t know what bad writing is. If you did, you would know that MLP FIM got better writing through later seasons than season 1 and 2.
