Except that Hitch and Sprout know her very well and would know what her job was, so there’s no way she would think she could fool them. It’s also implied that they were expecting her smoothie delivery, and that she had done it for Canterlogic on previous occasions.

Good point. I really wanna see her ’blading outside of just smoothie deliveries.
The only thing hinting that in the movie is nothing but her pulling a cart. Under the context of everything that happened in the scene it gave me the impression she was pretending to become a delivery pony to try sneaking into the building.
