Nah. The painting is basically a portable room you can move around freely inside of though, since her background is just a plain solid color, it may be a bit tough to tell where the floor ends and the walls begin.

According to a comic by Pencils and a story on Fimfiction by an author named Bendy, a human cumming into a pony will turn her into an alicorn, so perhaps she wants human semen to be able to have the magic necessary to leave…

It’s fine, her portrait can be freely entered and exited by others. It’s like portable room she takes with her. If you’re familiar with JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, it’s kinda like Mr. President or Burning Down The House.
The only caveat is that she can’t fully leave the portrait, but I assume she could walk around with the frame hanging on her haunches.
