Both of the others have a name that starts with S, so that helps them figure out the geometry.
Apple Bloom appears to have veered off into “A” territory with her drawing, understandable since that’s what both her and her big sister’s names start with.
Which would have been alright, she could have passed it off as a “Cool A” if we didn’t have two “S” beside it to make it look like … an accident.

Very much intentional, yes.
