30’s can hit you hard if you’re not prepared. Make sure you have your priorities in the right order by 30. And ur_mums_clamboat is right. Owning a house is absolutely worth it. Call your own shots. Accrue wealth. You’re just throwing your money away if you rent.

Yeah, living in rent is pretty much the only thing I have to sort out
