Ok so i can explain. My friend and I were joking about if G5 had a ridiculously popular creepypasta akin to Cupcakes. Thus, this sketch was born. Imagine it’s like the Rainbow/Pinkamena situation but Hitch is Rainbow and Sprout is Pinkamena, though Sprout’s motives for killing Hitch came from the fact that he believed he ‘stole his destiny,’ as you can see from Sprout now sporting Hitch’s cutie mark- (along with Pipp+Zipp’s wings and Izzy’s horn, but that’s a whole other can of worms.) Yes, this is ironic. Not really a fan of grimdark MLP fiction myself. Call this a parody.

Also guess you can say this is an alternate universe where he was able to go through with his ‘war’ plans.
