Also I love this sibling dynamic so much. It’s so funny how they keep getting at each other’s throats and that’s really how real siblings usually act. :P

Um, two questions:  
First of all ‘in the protagonist’ is incorrect grammar. It would be ‘the protagonist’ or ‘a protagonist’ instead.
 
Second, MLP has never been about fighting, rather being about exploration and companionship. I would think that Pipp simply being a good friend would be more important in the series going forward than any potential ‘skills’ that she might have (and, mind you, Pipp can sing and is good at building up a following, which could be quite useful when convincing other creatures to be friends with the pony species again). I mean, you could also argue that most of the G4 Mane Six cast has no fighting experience whatsoever, and yet they still became popularity within this fandom (in fact, they are the reason this fandom exists at all). Maybe bronies watch MLP for reasons other than fighting???
