  1. Then you are using it incorrectly as it doesn’t fit with the situation grammatically or descriptively.
  2. There is a gun in this picture, a picture that isn’t canonical in any way to the show itself because that is the definition of fan art and that is exactly what this is, art by a fan.
And therefor by definition it can literally be anything the artist wants to put to paper or tablet.
  3. It’s a joke, a pretty funny joke, a joke that seems to have flown so far over your head that its leaving earths atmosphere and is going into mars’s orbit, so there’s that.

  1. Yes I do, and I am using the word correctly. Jeopardising definition: Threatening someone and putting them in harm’s way.
  2. The ponies in Equestria aren’t like horses on Earth, rather than being shot they use bandages to heal broken legs and they can recover. And there are no guns in Equestria, so there’s that.

  1. I don’t think you really know what jeopardising means or you’re not using it correctly.
  2. When a horse breaks its leg it’s common practice to put it down (often by being shot) as it’s rare for them to recover.
I mean unless I’m totally wrong that’s the joke (dark as it is) that this picture is going for no?

Not with horses or ponies. You can’t really mend their legs. Them standing with so much weight wouldn’t allow the leg to heal and trying to keep them off their legs long enough to heal said leg would cause their legs to atrophy. As such euthanizing via gunshot is commonplace.
