I guess it would at least be cute and kind of sexy if they just call each other those without their children around them. I mean I would definitely freak out if I see my dad start calling my mom “mommy”. :P
A lot, and I mean a LOT of married couples call each other “Mommy” and “Daddy”. It’s supposed to be playful.
Unless she wants that nickname reserved for the bedroom, I’m sure Ara-Ara~ Celestia would love that.
“Mommy” is a pretty weird thing to call your wife though. That should only be for your future children Celestia.
