It’s literally that small
I do have Pixiv acc and the full view of the image is the same one (437x164)
When you click the image itself on Pixiv, does that make it any bigger? Since I don’t have an account, when I click it, it prompts me to log in in order to view it “at its original size.”
I’m not very familiar with Pixiv, but I’m logged in to my Pixiv account and I don’t see any button implying a high-res version. Guess the meme version will have to do for now.
I messaged the artist, hopefully he sees it.

Yeah, it’s a shame. A slightly higher-res version was also just uploaded, but it’s in meme format, so it’d take a bit of editing to get it from ant-sized to an almost passable size.
Is that “14000x5250” in the source the original resolution, and if so, are people with Pixiv accounts able to access it?
And the source image is uploaded long ago. I don’t think the artist will fix it anytime soon…
