I legitimately find magic scarier in Equestria Girls than Friendship is Magic. It’s portrayed as this incredible force not to be trifled with. We were so used to magic in the main series that we never knew how terrifying it could be if magic was less common.

My Little Pony - 1992 Edition

Teeth are a little better, but I liked the eyes the way they were. The show would make them go white, and she looks less “absolute power” and more “Pennywise” with her mouth aglow and eye details visible like that.
