If this were correct Ukrainian, it should be Київ. The month name should be червень.

While it is understandable that most Ukrainians can understand russian, this sign is NOT in Ukrainian. Perhaps the russian language used here is to attract tourists from the north before the war.

I hope we should not confuse the two languages.
