No, I ain't new (I've been to YCH auctions many times, which you can see if you check out "@[`commissioner:rautamiekka@":`](/search?q=commissioner%3Arautamiekka) and "[a folder in my DeviantArt gallery":](https://www.deviantart.com/rautamiekka/gallery/78171184/my-my-little-pony-commissions-ych-s-etc-)), but I've already seen that the minimum bid after the starting bid could be arbitrary, like in >=1 case it was like 5, which wasn't even hinted, not even in the site's rules or something, so it should be a rule to mention the minimum bid no matter what (unless there's actually no space to write it), **if only cuz the artist could scam you by starting with a __reasonable price for such a piece__, then the minimum bid's something stupid like 50**. I knew everything you said ;)
