Ah yes. Knock-Out. Lots of people’s favorite Decepticon doctor.
The current name? As far as I know Oct o ne is recent. He was Oct a ne before.
Edited because: Formating doesn't support font mixes apparently
@Phoenixflambe
Did that happened in 1986?
They almost did, as far as I heard, he’s Octone now.
Edited
Tall Tankor was originally called Octane. They’ll switch back to that as soon as they can get the trademark back.

Best headcanon ever
true
I mean, they have two guys named Tankor next to each other. The tall and fat one.
Considering for the main 2005 IDW continuity that
s what they did for Knock Out? Wouldn
t surprise me one bitMight be a separate Velocitronian one.
In Aligned, Breakdown is included alongside 6 others, maybe including wfc Dead End and the Japanese toy Wildrider, yes that was a thing. And in 2005 idw, there are 7, including Wildrider who quit and 2 new additions Blackjack and Offroad, the former being a micromaster.
Edited
I know. But he’s in a G1 setting here. I said they would have missed a good opportunity to make him a Stunticon in this crossover. It would have been really cool to see Knockout be the Sixth member. In G1 there were only 5 of them.
I mean to be fair/honest
The Transformers canon, doesnt really have an actual set canon akin to something like Kingdom Hearts
With each Transformers cartoon, like G1, or Cyberverse, most of the characters are their own seperate character, same goes for the comics (the Original G1 Marvel comics Optimus is a seperate character from the Dreamwave, IDW, American Cartoon and Japanese cartoon versions), the only exceptions to this rule is if a cartoon like Energon or Cybertron are sequels to a previous installment, or if theyre multiversal singularities (same character within each Transformers universe), like Unicron, Primus, or the 13 Primes, at least until the end of the Shattered Glass Transformers comics from the Official Transformers Collector’s Club published by Fun Publications until roughly about 2015?, or 2016?
Anyways, TL:;DR: No, this is not canon to any previous Transformers media, unsure about My Little Pony though
@Phoenixflambe
That Breakdown from the Aligned Continuity is not a Stunticon in this continuity.
Thank you, you made my day!
Yeah Breakdown back in the day was a g1 stunticon than a prime loner with ties to whatever the aligned continuity throws at us. So he’s technically still a stunticon in some way. Speaking of which, as far as “both” Breakdowns go in the 2005 idw continuity, one is a Cybertronian G1 stunticon with Blackjack and Offroad and a few originals, the other shares the same name but is a bulky Velocitronian who’s apparently Knock Out’s other, and of course based on the Prime counterpart. Yes, they both exist, much like Fat and Tall Tankor.

Rarity would love the paintjob man
Yeah. It’s been ten years of MLP G4, and the Transformers Aligned Continuity. And since season 2 is the announced as the last season of Rescue Bots Academy, this will mark the end of the Aligned Continuity. But their legacies and histories would still live on til all are one.
