Color guides: Scoot and ‘‘universal [pony] colors’’ (though I edited her tongue color, official screencaps seem to have done it too) and wing reference from >>1046758
Also available as a Rainmeter skin so she can preen happily on your PC :D

, traced and edited it a bit in Inkscape, animated and exported it’s frames with Anigen and assembled them with APNGAsm.

Furthermore, as we noticed but I’ll spell it out here, the usual (“universal”) tongue color for ponies and maybe other creatures is orange (or not precisely a too fleshy pink anyways), I remember seeing an artist commenting that though it may seem weird, it makes sense and is useful in terms of contrast for the colors used inside the mouth, which being pinkish/redish, wouldn’t give a good contrast against a tongue with similar tones.
I’d add that probably it was decided to change the tongue instead of the inside of the mouth because we can more easily see a “slightly” different tongue color as “normal” than the rest of the mouth (eg the tongue is more easily colored by food or other reasons than the rest of the mouth).
Interestingly, AJ and Scootaloo have a different tongue colour in the show for that exact reason.

I’m sorry for what you’ve been through, but maybe it would be better if that kind of comments be posted in the forums like the vent thread?
I didn’t have any say on the creation nor duration of this event, and preening pics were and will be posted regardless of the event anyways, so maybe block the tag if it bothers you?
