My parrot does the same thing when I put him in front of a mirror.  
Well, not quite the same, a puffs up his chest and tries to look threatening, but it’s the same principle.

11 months ago Still it’s funny to imagine. I have two parrots and they don’t generally do a good job of recognizing reflections as themselves. E.G, they try to attack it.
